个人简历:
1983年7月毕业于西北轻工业学院（现陕西科技大学）材料系，获学士学位；
1986年7月毕业于武汉工业大学（现武汉理工大学）材料学院，获工学硕士学位；

1986年8月-1988年5月在上海建材学院（并入同济大学材料学院）任助教；
1988年6月-1989年3月在日本神奈川大学客座研究员；
1989年4月-1992年3月日本冈山大学自然科学研究科学习，获工学博士学位；
1992年4月-1995年3月日本山村硝子株式会社新型材料研究所研究员；
1995年4月-1999年9月日本科技厅新技术事业团(JST)创造科学推进事业(ERATO), 日本京都大学平尾实验室 Chief Researcher；

1999年10月-2000年3月在美国康奈尔大学应用与工程物理系Gaeta实验室Research Associate；
2000年4月-2005年3月日本文部科学省科学技术振兴机构国际合作项目, 日本京都大学平尾实验室Group Leader，并任中国科学院上海光机所研究员、博士生导师（入选引进海外杰出人才“百人”计划，终评特优。入选国家杰出青年基金，终评特优）；
2005年4月，浙江大学材料与化学工程学院求是特聘教授、博士生导师；

1) 新型光电功能材料与器件特别是玻璃与微晶玻璃光纤
2) 强场（飞秒激光等）与材料的相互作用
3) 纳米发光材料与器件

4）非线性光学材料（二维材料与拓扑绝缘体）

　　发表SCI收录论文500余篇。其中Science, Nature Photonics, Nature Commun. J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nano Lett., Phys. Rev. Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Opt. Lett.等影响因子大于3的300余篇。论文被他人引用26500余次。申请与获得国内外专利30项。
